Yumi's Kitchen Lab Founded

The brand launches as a home-kitchen venture in Batangas City, offering hand-crafted sushi and baked goods to local customers. BIR and DTI registration secured from the outset.

2020 – 2021
First Branch — Batangas City

The Concha Pastor Road, Pallocan West branch opens its doors, establishing a permanent home for Yumi's Kitchen Lab in Batangas City with dine-in and takeaway options.

2021 – 2022
Second Branch — Leviste Highway, Lipa City

Growing demand in Lipa City leads to the opening of the Leviste Highway, Marawoy branch — bringing gourmet sushi and private chef services to a wider audience in Batangas.

Third Branch — Parkway Square, Lipa City

The Parkway Square kiosk at JP Laurel Highway opens, making Yumi's Kitchen Lab even more accessible in the heart of Lipa City's growing food and lifestyle district.

Yumi's Kitchen Lab formalizes its grazing package and private catering offerings, serving weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and intimate celebrations across Batangas province.
